This book was recommended to me by a college biology professor. It is a study of the effect of words on water. While they did a good job of making it sound interesting there is still a lot of science in it, and non-technical readers will not appreciate it. Personally, I found this book a great study and I felt it taught a poignant lesson about how words do affect us. If we realize that our bodies are composed mostly of water and then look at the photos in the book on how words affected water, we can see that words really do hurt. Much more than that, they can do the opposite. The book provides photographs of water that has been influenced by either a word taped to the jar, music played, or words spoken to it. The water molecules each form a different type of 'crystal' or 'snowflake,' depending on what words are used. If nothing else I love the pictures.
